TIMED NEWS RELEASE

In my Advanced PR Writing course at JMU, I was tasked with writing a traditional news release for a traditional news outlet in one hour and fifteen minutes. The purpose was to expose students to writing on deadline for media. I wrote about a non-profit organization, Side by Side. 

STOP AND SMELL THE FLOUR: HERITAGE BAKERY AND CAFE

I wrote this feature story on a local bakery for my Advanced PR Writing course. 

TARGET CAMPAIGN RESEARCH BOOKLET

I created this campaign booklet for Target and its transgender bathroom policy with a team of three members in my PR Management course. I'm responsible for the Executive Summary, Organizational Analysis, Analyzing the Publics as well as the Timetable/Calendar. The campaign proposal is a convergence of each group member's work.

WEEKLY ISSUE BRIEFING

I created this weekly issue briefing with the help of my account team for Bluestone Communications, JMU's first student-run PR firm. I'm responsible for the entire design and layout of the brief. It contains social media monitoring, social media suggestions, competitor research, industry and local news.

CADBURY CHOCOLATE CASE STUDY

I created this case study about Cadbury chocolate crisis with the help of three other students in my PR Management course. I'm mainly responsible for the case history section.

BUD LIGHT'S "UP FOR WHATEVER" CAMPAIGN MESSAGING ISSUE

I created this booklet along with two other group members in a PR Campaign Research Methods course. I'm responsible for the front cover design, Public Environment, Conclusion and Suggestions for Further Research. The Primary Research section is a combination of each group member's work.
